Wenn du doch ihren jetzigen Arpeitsplatz meinst, wahrscheinlich ja. Kann aber sein, dass sie schon wieder weg ist. Glaub aber nicht, dass sie so schnell eine neue Stelle gefunden hat, vor allem nicht in NRW...
Und ganz bestimmt nicht hier. An fast allen Gymnasien im Kreis liegt der Altersdurchschnitt der Lehrer über 50. Auf meiner Schule sind z.B. von 62 Lehrern 51 (!!!) 50 Jahre oder älter, ein einziger ist Anfang 30, der Rest sind Mittvierziger. Spätestens in zehn Jahren wird wohl ein kompletter Auswechselschub stattfinden.
Geht uns nicht anders, der letzte regulär eingestellte Lehrer kam vor etwa 20 Jahren. Die beiden jüngsten, die etwas später kamen, wurden nur zugesichert, weil Lehrer, die, die einzigen für ein Fach waren, unerwartet gestorben sind.
Es gibt nicht viel mit dem ich unzufriedener bin als mit der Bildungspolitik.
