Ich habe seit Kurzem eine eigene, auf meiner Höhe befestigte Klimmzugstange, an der übe ich jetzt erst mal zweiarmige Klimmzüge. Ich weiß keine Person direkt, die einen einarmigen schafft, und ich kenne einige sehr fitnessbegeisterte/sportspinnerte Leute.
Bizepsmäßig hat sich bei mir aber schon wieder einiges getan, sieht man auch wieder gut.

Meine Cousine und ich waren heute ganz erfolgreich damit, den Mann meiner einer Schwester und den Freund meiner anderen Schwester auch mit dem Boulder-Virus zu infizieren. Und die anwesende Schwester war auch ganz angetan.
